Upgrading takes effect immediately, charged pro rata. Downgrading takes effect on your next renewal date; we check beforehand that your members and storage fit the smaller plan.

You set your storage upgrade on your Subscription page — effective immediately, billed from your next renewal.
Every plan includes a number of members. If you invite more family members, you pay €2.50 per extra member per month — added automatically as a separate line on your invoice, with nothing to arrange.
You invite members under My family — the surcharge appears on your next invoice by itself.
